The 2021-2025 Strategic Plan is the first, high-level strategic plan developed for Let’s Grow Together, after transitioning from Young Knocknaheeny in 2020. It strengthened and defined the initial direction of Let’s Grow Together, while establishing the mission, vision, and values. It consists of six strategic goals with multiple objectives within each goal. 2024 is nearing the end of the Strategic Plan, and much has been accomplished while looking to the future. The next Strategic Plan for 2026-2030 is currently being developed.
