Doodle STEAM

Doodle STEAM is an evidence-based, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) programme. It aims to break down barriers to STEAM participation, at home and at school, in a fun and accessible way for children aged 6-8 years and their caregivers.

We provide facilitator training to school staff which prepares them to provide a programme of weekly sessions for parents, children and educators to enjoy together as they explore all things STEAM. Both educators and parents found the focus on early STEAM learning to be valuable and enjoyable. Parents have expressed a strong sense of community and fun throughout the programme.

Doodle Families

Doodle Families is literacy programme for children in First Class in primary school and their parents or caregivers. The main goal is to encourage family literacy by helping children learn fun and interesting ways to include their reading and writing skills in everyday activities. Sessions focus on oral language development, school experience, and writing.

Doodle Families Facilitator Training is provided by our funding partner, the Childhood Development Initiative, and we provide materials and ongoing support to the schools as they roll out the programme.

Transitions Peep

The transition from early years to primary school is an important milestone for both children and their families. Let’s Grow Together collaborates with schools and early years settings to roll out a transitions-specific adaptation of the Peep Learning Together Programme.

This programme seeks to make the move into primary education smoother and more positive for everyone involved by building positive connections between schools, parents, and children as they begin their journey into primary school.
