Cork Local Drug and Alcohol Task Force Representative

Cork Local Drug and Alcohol Task Force are reaching out to local community groups and agencies seeking a community member to represent Cork North West.

North West of Cork City includes the areas of Knocknaheeny / Hollyhill, Faranree, Fairhill, Blackpool, Shandon, Shanakiel and Gurranabraher.

A community representative’s role is to bring issues from their community to the Task Force table and act as a link between the work of the Task Force and the community. Becoming a representative means the opportunity to input into actions undertaken to tackle drug and alcohol misuse locally.

Interested individuals who are involved in / living in the community can apply for the voluntary position by filling in an Expression of Interest form_Cork NW and forwarding it to Martin Davoren (email: martindavoren@sexualhealthcentre.com) by Friday 16th April  2021.
